RFP - Landscape Maintenance Services
The City of Martinez (City) is seeking proposals from professional landscape contractor (Contractor) to provide routine landscape maintenance of the City’s eight landscape and lightening assessment districts (LLADs) and a Community Facility District (CFD). The City also provides landscape maintenance services to its Water Division facilities and provides services at the Pacheco Transit Hub under a reimbursement agreement with the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA). Landscape Maintenance Services will be performed under an Agreement for General Services (Agreement) included as Attachment C. Contractor shall have a valid C-27 Landscaping license. Contractor and all subcontractors shall have a DIR registration numbers.
