In general, the work consists of surface seals and base repairs on various streets in the City of Martinez. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Preparing pavement surfaces to receive surface seals; removing existing thermoplastic traffic striping, legends, and markers, performing HMA base repairs; adjustment of utility covers; maintaining traffic and furnishing traffic control throughout construction; applying crack sealant; applying slurry seals and cape seals over the existing pavement surfaces of various streets; constructing PCC curb ramps; street sweeping; installing new traffic striping, legends, and pavement markers; placing blue reflective pavement markers; and all appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the project’s plans and specifications.

The City is requesting a Request for Proposals (RFP) from Consultants (Consultant) interested in providing professional engineering design services for Professional Engineering Design Services - Annual Water Main Replacement Project - 2023 associated with the CIP.

In general, the work includes the partial replacement of the swimming pool equipment at the Rankin Aquatic Center in the City of Martinez. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Demolition and replacement of the existing Competition Pool and Recreation Pool heaters and VFD’s. Rebuilding all filter backwash valves. Replacing existing CO2 feeders with pH MTS mass transfer systems for each pool. Demolishing and replacing an existing pump in the pump pit and re-waterproofing the sump. All electrical work and all appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the project’s plans and specifications.

In general, the work includes the demolition of existing improvements and constructing new park improvements at Cappy Ricks Park, Hidden Lakes Park and Waterfront Park in the City of Martinez.

In general, the work includes the maintenance dredging of portions of the Martinez Marina in the City of Martinez to a required elevation of -6 feet Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW), plus allowable overdredge elevation. The dredged sediment will be disposed at an approved in-Bay disposal site. The project is located within the boundaries of the marina, which will remain open to the public during the work.

In general, the work includes the demolition of existing improvements and constructing new park improvements at Cappy Ricks Park, Hidden Lakes Park and Waterfront Park in the City of Martinez.

Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision and perform all work necessary for and incidental to the construction of the project known as the Arnold Drive Sidewalk Gap Closure Project, City Project No.C2012.The work includes but is not limited to providing traffic control,clearing and grubbing, minor grading, removing asphalt and concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveways, constructing new concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveways and ramps, saw cutting, removing and replacing hot mix asphalt concreteat new gutters, and adjusting a fire hydrant to grade.

Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision and perform all work necessary for and incidental to the construction of the project known as the TWO CITY CURB RAMP IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. The work includes but is not limited to: Sawcutting and demolition of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and ramps; Construction of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and ramps; Sawcutting and demolition of asphalt concrete in the vicinity of the replaced cub and gutter; Minor HMA replacement at curb ramps; Providing traffic control, stormwater protection, sign relocation, and striping.
