RFP - Landscape Maintenance Services

The City of Martinez (City) is seeking proposals from professional landscape contractor (Contractor) to provide routine landscape maintenance of the City’s eight landscape and lightening assessment districts (LLADs) and a Community Facility District (CFD). The City also provides landscape maintenance services to its Water Division facilities and provides services at the Pacheco Transit Hub under a reimbursement agreement with the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA). Landscape Maintenance Services will be performed under an Agreement for General Services (Agreement) included as Attachment C. Contractor shall have a valid C-27 Landscaping license. Contractor and all subcontractors shall have a DIR registration numbers.

Answers to all questions will be posted by Monday, August 18, 2025. Questions will only be accepted via e-mail and responses will be compiled. It is your responsibility to obtain the answers from the City’s website https://www.martinezplanroom.com/ and the City shall not be responsible for transmitting the answers to any holders of the RFP.
