In general, it is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the requirements for lumber and timber materials in this RFQ for the City of Martinez (City or Owner) Martinez Municipal Fishing Pier Renovation Project.

In general, it is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the requirements for fiber glass pile sleeve materials in this RFQ for the City of Martinez (City or Owner) Martinez Municipal Fishing Pier Renovation Project.

In general, the work includes replacingThe work includes, but is not limited to the following: Removing existing roofing material, selective demolition, repair of isolated areas of roof deck, installation of roof insulation, SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing, sheet metal flashing, and modifying or replacing existing roof and overflow drains, and all appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the project’s plans and specifications.

In general, the work includes renovations to the existing Martinez Municipal Fishing Pier. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Demolition and disposal of existing materials to be replaced, pile sleeve, sleeve post, and jack repairs; replacement of timber bracing lumber; replacement of pile caps and steel angles; new decking; new sub caps, piles caps; new guardrails, light standards and electrical fixtures; benches and picnic tables; aluminum gangway bridge; steel sheet pile walls; handrail post repairs; painting; and all appurtenant/hardware/incidental work required to complete the project in accordance with the project’s plans and specifications.

Description of Work: Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision and perform all work necessary for and incidental to the construction of the project known as the ALHAMBRA AVENUE DONWTOWN PAVING PROJECT, City Project No. C1074. FEDERAL PROJECT NO. STPL – 5024 (028). The work includes but is not limited to providing traffic control, adjusting utility frames and covers, grinding and removing existing asphalt concrete pavement, constructing asphalt concrete “dig-out” repairs, crack sealing, removing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway, constructing new concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and ramps, constructing hot mix asphalt concrete inlays and conforms, and replacement of 6” hot mix asphalt pavement, removing and installing roadside signs, and removing and installing thermoplastic pavement stripes and pavement markings.

In general, the work includes the pavement maintenance of existing improvements and constructing new ADA improvements within various streets of City of Martinez. The work includes, but not limited to the following: Pavement maintenance of existing roadway improvements including base repairs, remove and replace concrete work, adjusting utilities covers, and installing roadway stripping and all appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the project’s plans and specifications.

In general, the work includes the pavement maintenance of existing improvements and constructing new ADA improvements within various streets of the City of Martinez.
